What if the conflicts in your life revealed wounds that your heart has not yet healed?
Why do the same disputes always come back, no matter the effort? When the wounds of the past are not soothed, life reminds us of them in the form of recurring conflicts - in the couple, the family, at work or between friends.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if it's always the other person who triggers the conflict?
Even if conflicts seem to come from others, the way we react to them is influenced by our own subconscious. By working on your inner wounds, you can change the way you experience relationships and set healthy boundaries.
My couple is in great difficulty. Can this method help us?
Yes. Couple conflicts often arise from unresolved emotional wounds. By releasing the emotional charge related to the past (guilt, rejection, betrayal), you restore a more authentic, calmer and more open communication. Even just one person in the couple can initiate a major change by working on themselves.
Should I come with my partner or do the session alone?
It's not an obligation. In our group sessions, each person does their individual work by releasing blocked emotions directly on their personal subconscious. However, you can invite your partner who can also undertake their own personal work.
How does a session go?
Our group sessions last one hour, they take place online via Zoom, in a caring and respectful environment. You don't need to share your painful experiences and no one will know what emotions and events you're working on. You let yourself be guided and our method acts directly on the subconscious.
